How it works

WiFi visit to Storekit order —
automatically linked.

1
Guest connects to WiFi
Your branded CaptiveWiFi portal captures email and consent at the point of WiFi login. The guest gets online — you get a verified identity record.
2
Email matched to Storekit customer
CaptiveWiFi looks up the email in Storekit. Existing customers have their profile updated with the WiFi visit. New guests get a Storekit customer record created automatically.
3
Order attribution reported
When the same guest places a Storekit order, CaptiveWiFi attributes it to the WiFi visit. Track which WiFi guests order, how often, and what they spend over time.
Why CaptiveWiFi + Storekit

Know which in-venue guests
are placing digital orders.

Storekit captures what was ordered. CaptiveWiFi captures who was there. Together, you close the loop between physical footfall and digital ordering behaviour.

WiFi-to-order attribution
See which WiFi guests converted to a Storekit order during their visit. Measure how guest WiFi drives digital ordering revenue — not just footfall.
Enriched Storekit customer records
WiFi visit data — verified email, consent status, visit frequency — flows into Storekit customer profiles automatically. No manual imports, no data gaps.
Repeat order rate and return visits
Track how often WiFi guests return and whether they order again. Identify your most valuable regulars across both footfall data and Storekit order history.
FAQ

Common questions about
Storekit + CaptiveWiFi.

How does CaptiveWiFi link a WiFi guest to a Storekit order?
CaptiveWiFi captures a verified email at the WiFi portal and matches it to the email associated with the Storekit customer record. When the same email appears on a Storekit order, that order is attributed to the WiFi visit, giving you a clear line of sight from footfall to purchase.
What if a guest uses a different email when they order?
Attribution is email-based. If a guest orders through Storekit with a different email to the one captured at WiFi login, that specific order won't be linked. For guests who use the same email at both touchpoints — which is most of them — attribution is automatic.
Is the integration GDPR compliant?
Yes. CaptiveWiFi only sends guest data to Storekit where the guest has explicitly opted in at the WiFi portal. Every record carries a full consent timestamp, the wording shown at capture, and IP address. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
