For guests who have used WiFi powered by CaptiveWiFi
When you log in to guest WiFi at a venue that uses CaptiveWiFi, the venue (the data controller) holds some information about you, such as the details you gave when you joined. CaptiveWiFi (ClubWizard Ltd) processes it on the venue's behalf. Under the UK and EU GDPR you have the right to see that data.
How it works
- Select View my data to open the customer login.
- Sign in with the same details you used to connect to the WiFi.
- Once signed in, you can see the personal data held about you.
Other requests
To have your data corrected or deleted, to object to how it is used, or to withdraw marketing consent, email our Data Protection Officer at dpo@captivewifi.io. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we will respond within one month. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link inside it.
