Yes. Any guest who connects to your WiFi is captured by CaptiveWiFi and synced to tableready — whether or not they joined your waitlist or made a booking. Walk-ins, bar guests and event visitors are all included.
What data flows from CaptiveWiFi into tableready?
CaptiveWiFi sends verified name, email, marketing consent status, visit date and time, visit frequency, and behaviour-based tags such as First Visit, Returning, VIP and Lapsed. All data is tied to a confirmed opt-in record.
Is the data transfer GDPR compliant?
Yes. CaptiveWiFi only sends guest data to tableready where the guest has explicitly opted in at the WiFi portal. Every record includes a consent timestamp, the exact wording shown, and IP address. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request.
