How a guest WiFi login becomes a customer record
The guest's phone detects WiFi and opens your branded portal automatically. They enter their name and email (or connect via a social login), agreeing to a specific, unticked marketing opt-in. CaptiveWiFi verifies the email, checks it against your connected CRM for an existing match, and — if the guest opts in — enrols them in loyalty and syncs the record live. The whole flow takes about 15 seconds and appears on your live guest dashboard in real time.
